Melissa Cooper PA-C
Meet Melissa Cooper, PA-C! As an aesthetic injector and co-founder of Plump and Glo Aesthetics, Melissa brings over 13 years of experience as a physician assistant to the table. Her journey started in emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery, where she honed her skills and expertise.
About five years ago, Melissa decided to follow her true passion—helping people feel confident and beautiful through aesthetics. That’s when she opened Plump You Up, then decided to partner with Stephanie to co-found Plump and Glo and she hasn’t looked back since! Whether it’s enhancing natural beauty or creating a personalized glow, Melissa is all about empowering her clients with results they’ll love.
Stephanie Ford, CRNA
Meet Stephanie Ford! Co-Founder of Plump and Glo Aesthetics. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, her journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Stephanie earned her BSN from Purdue University in 2003 and went on to obtain her MSN/APRN in Anesthesia from Northeastern University in 2013.
Becoming a mom changed everything for Stephanie. While the thrill of the operating room environment started to wane, her passion for the art of aesthetic medicine grew much stronger. Her true passion shines through in the world of injectables and skincare. From expertly placed fillers to cutting-edge techniques, she’s all about achieving natural, radiant results that make her clients glow inside and out. After founding The Glo Co. in 2019, she has been driven by one goal: helping people feel healthy, confident, and their absolute best. Fast forward to 2025 to co-found Plump and Glo with Melissa has proven to be one of the best decisions! She is thrilled to now be able to offer even more services for her clients!
Stephanie’s goal is simple: she wants you to love what you see in the mirror. She is passionate about establishing a relationship with each and every client, as well as providing education on the latest skincare and aesthetic procedures through thorough consultations. With every procedure, she hopes to break through stigmas surrounding aesthetic medicine and bring positivity and self-acceptance to the industry as a whole.

Meet Judy Keane, Licensed Aesthetician! With over 20 years of experience, Judy is a true expert in the art and science of skincare. At Plump and Glo, she brings her extensive training in facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced skincare products to create personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.
As a certified HydraFacialist, skilled SkinPen user, and laser technology expert, Judy combines cutting-edge techniques with a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Her mission? To deliver exceptional care that leaves you feeling radiant, confident, and glowing from the inside out!
Kim Biggerstaff, NP
Kim Biggerstaff is a nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in nursing. Her background consists of gastroenterology, emergency medicine, and concierge IV hydration.
Her vast experiences as a medical professional, combined with the multiple trainings and shadowing experiences she has completed in aesthetics, have prepared her to be a great addition to Plump and Glo.
She is excited to start this next chapter and is passionate about safe, natural results to help you look and feel your best.
